The Different Forms of Fee Calculation
Time-Based Fees
The lawyer specifies to their clients the hourly rate they propose to apply if they choose the time-based method.They indicate to their clients the time likely to be devoted to reviewing and handling the file. Fixed Fees
The lawyer and their client agree on fixed, final fees. The work covered by these fees must be clearly stated. Consultancy Fees
